Allianz Ireland is seeking a Service Transformation Manager to shape product vision and coordinate multi-year transformation across service journeys and platforms. The role focuses on AI integration, CX by design, and ensuring benefits realisation across the organisation in a regulated financial services setting.

You will lead cross-functional teams with Product and IT, manage budgets, and drive governance, reporting, and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business, service or digital transformation in financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
• Proven end-to-end project and programme management with delivery and benefits realisation.
• Experience delivering complex transformation involving multiple stakeholders and tech teams.
• Experience with CX by design and customer experience measures.

Responsabilités

• Align product vision and roadmap with business priorities across stakeholder groups.
• Champion CX by design and ensure benefits realisation post go-live.
• Manage budgets and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate delivery with Product & IT and orchestrate governance meetings.
