Rentokil Initial is seeking a Service Team Leader in Athlone to oversee the Service Driving team and branch operations. You will plan routes, manage drivers and fleet, and ensure high-quality customer service while supporting colleagues’ development.

This full-time, permanent role offers training, a competitive package with OTE, and opportunities for career progression within Rentokil Initial's global network.

Qualificações

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
• Experience in managing within a service delivery environment is advantageous and training can be provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Ability to use own initiative and have a positive 'can do' attitude.
• Pride in the job you do.
• Potential Garda Vetting checks may be required depending on role.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organise routes for drivers.
• Organise the fleet of vehicles.
• Manage a number of drivers within the branch.
• Handle customer complaints and queries.
• Identify ways to improve quality and efficiency of customer service.
• Provide support and development for colleagues in the branch.
• Keep documentation up to date including vehicle information.
• Occasionally cover driving routes.
• Implements driver best practice and monitors driver performance and product knowledge.
