Rentokil Initial is seeking a Service Team Leader at our Dublin branch to support operations and organise the Service Driving team. You will plan routes, manage drivers, handle customer queries, and drive improvements in service quality.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary starting at €33,000 per annum with bonuses/OTE to €34,500, company vehicle, uniform, and RI Rewards. Training and development are provided, with potential relocation support where applicable.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Experience in managing within a service delivery environment (training provided).
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Willingness to pass Garda Vetting check where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organise routes for drivers.
• Organise the fleet of vehicles.
• Manage a number of drivers within the branch.
• Deal with customer complaints and queries.
• Identify ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service.
• Provide support and development for colleagues in the branch.
• Keep relevant documentation up to date including vehicle information.
• Occasionally cover driving routes.
• Implement driver best practice and monitor performance, including product knowledge and service expectations.
