Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is sourcing a Field Service Engineer for a well-established catering equipment provider in Ireland. You will service, diagnose, and install commercial catering gear across sites in Munster, with on-call weekends on a 6th-week rota.

Your day-to-day includes preventative maintenance, safety checks, on-site repairs, and clear job reporting, supported by full training, a company vehicle, tools, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering or engineering is preferred.
• Gas experience is desirable – full training provided if needed.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills are an advantage.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
