Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a Water Process Optimisation Manager to lead the national process optimisation for Water Operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe, cost-efficient operations across Ireland's water network.

You will drive optimisation of plant processes, advise on investment needs, and provide technical leadership to a large, skilled team within the Asset Operations function.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification required.
• 7+ years’ experience in process optimisation in water industry.
• Expert knowledge of water and wastewater process technologies.
• Experience leading a large team and resolving conflicts.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 14001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee national water process optimisation expertise and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Define and implement best-practice water treatment analysis methods.
• Identify opportunities to optimise water treatment processes and energy use.
• Support site safety and safe, cost-efficient operations.
• Provide technical training content for water treatment operatives.
