Job summary
AtkinsRéalis Ireland is seeking an Associate Director in our Water Team to lead multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will provide technical and people leadership, shaping design standards, and delivering complex solutions for clients such as Uisce Éireann and UK water companies.
You will collaborate with project managers, guide junior engineers, and contribute to bids while growing the Irish Water Engineering capability.
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in water engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex design deliverables.
- Proven track record in client advisory and project bid contributions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and people leadership to the Water Engineers team.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on programme, budgets and milestones.
- Produce, review and approve high-quality technical deliverables.
- Lead and influence best practice across UK & Ireland network.
- Grow Water Engineering capability within the Irish business.
- Mentor junior engineers and advise clients on technical matters.
- Contribute to bids and proposals and work with multi-disciplinary teams.
