Job summary

Berlin Packaging is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate inbound and outbound goods with 3PLs, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires leadership of a warehouse team, KPI reporting, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Based in Ireland, the ideal candidate will have strong experience in transport/logistics planning, team development, and advanced Excel skills to optimise processes and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure on-time distribution.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound goods with 3PLs.
• Monitor KPIs and produce monthly reports.
• Lead and develop warehouse team.
• Maintain Health & Safety and quality standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements.
