Job summary

Ocular is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our remote engineering team supporting a broad customer base across the vehicle industry. You will install, maintain and repair vehicle CCTV systems and other driver aid systems, supporting daily fault requests, planned preventative maintenance and installation activity.

You will also provide training, guidance and mentorship to junior and trainee team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in CCTV, electronics or vehicle tech.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication and customer focus.
• Basic IT competence.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair vehicle CCTV and driver aid systems.
• Handle fault requests and planned maintenance efficiently.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Maintain clear reports and professional communication with stakeholders.
• Manage stock and ensure safety policies are followed.
