Job summary

ResMed Inc in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will shape human-centered AI experiences across ResMed’s digital products, collaborating with product, engineering and research to turn ideas into intuitive interfaces.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional UX design experience delivering complex digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX practice, from problem framing to delivery.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in UX/Design.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX from discovery through delivery, framing problems, exploring solutions, prototyping, validation, and iteration.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into meaningful, human-centered design opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to define challenges and develop viable digital product experiences.
• Create design artefacts such as journeys, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and refined concepts to inform decisions.
• Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and alignment sessions across cross-functional teams and time zones.
• Contribute to design-system consistency and scalable interaction patterns across multiple product experiences.
• Communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders.
