Job summary

State Street Corporation in Dublin is looking for a Senior Associate to oversee Transfer Agency deliverables and monitor team activity. You will allocate tasks, manage client relations, and escalate issues to management as needed.

You will partner with the AML team to review documentation, and drive staff performance, coaching, and training to ensure risk controls and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification or equivalent experience in financial services.
• Experience in working to tight deadlines and multi-tasking under pressure.
• Client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, weekly and monthly Transfer Agency deliverables.
• Monitor team activity and respond to queries from shared mailboxes.
• Prioritize daily tasks and assign them to team members.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and escalate to Manager when needed.
• Collaborate with AML to review anti-money-laundering documentation.
• Conduct day-to-day performance reviews and staff development.
• Act as escalation point for technical and client queries.
• Promote risk awareness and process improvements within the team.
• Assist in training and on-the-job development for colleagues.
