Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate with a high degree of independence to drive complex programs and strategic delivery.
• Lead coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Establish and refine program governance, processes, and operating rhythms for a growing engineering organization.
• Bridge gaps between regions, architectures, vendors, and teams to enable scalable collaboration.
• Provide clear status updates, escalate issues, and guide leadership on critical decisions.
