Job summary

Marsh in Dublin is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead delivery of digitally enabled, AI-driven solutions within a multi-year roadmap. Based in the Marsh Innovation Centre, you will partner with business leaders, engineers and delivery leads to shape strategy and ensure value delivery.

You will manage budgets, resources and data inventories, advocate Agile practices, and explore emerging technologies to address insurance and broker business needs across the Marsh enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT delivery in partnership with Product and Delivery Engineering Leads.
• Support delivery, ensuring new capabilities are delivered on time and within budget, following Marsh architecture and engineering standards and using AI tooling where possible.
• Manage product runtime and capital resources and budgets.
• Own and maintain data in Marsh Technology Asset Inventories, ensuring it remains accurate and updated.
• Proactively identify emerging technologies within the market and across Marsh that could address business needs.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to support delivery, with annual spend of up to$5 millionor revenue support of approximately$200 million. This senior manager role reports to the Marsh Tech Portfolio Delivery Lead.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working across teams, building strong relationships, and helping ideas become reality. Communication skills are highly important. Ability to communicate across all team members is essential for project success. The TPM needs to work with the business to understand their vision and work across the development teams to bring the vision to reality.

• Relevant technical qualifications such asSAFe SPC or ASPCand/orSAFe Lean Portfolio Managementwould be beneficial.
