We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Broker to join our Dublin based Placement team. The successful applicant will work within Placement who are a dedicated team providing risk marketing support to our RMP, Corporate and Commercial business segments.
This role will be based in our Dublin office and offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Please note, commercial insurance experience will be an essential prerequisite for this position, and the successful candidate must also be CIP qualified at a minimum.
This highly sought after position will involve working closely with Account Executives and Client teams plus other Marsh International and Specialty Broking teams.

You will be required to work closely with Marsh colleagues on the implementation of placement strategy for client’s insurance programs. You will build and maintain strong relationships and develop strategic partnerships with key insurance carriers within the region, negotiate with insurers to achieve the best terms whilst delivering a first-class service for clients.
This position will suit an experienced Commercial or Corporate Insurance professional, ideally from a broking/wholesaling background, however, we will also consider candidates from Commercial / Corporate Underwriting backgrounds, where there is a desire to move into servicing and candidates can demonstrate a high level of relationship management skills.
