Job summary

CBRE in Ireland is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee day-to-day hard services and implement world-class customer service on-site. You will manage on-site and off-site contractors across M&E disciplines, ensure safety, and drive maintenance strategies aligned with GMP and client requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication under pressure, and the ability to deliver against SLAs and KPIs while coordinating with CBRE teams and the client to continuously improve service

Qualifications

• Experience in technical services or contractor coordination.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site and off-site technical contractors for GMP areas.
• Ensure safety, risk assessments, MSAs and permits are in place.
• Drive world class customer service and maintain SLAs/KPIs.
• Plan and manage maintenance strategies and PM/CM cycles.
• Prepare monthly reports on progress against KPIs.
• Coordinate with clients and CBRE vendors to ensure timely work.
