Job summary

Fruition Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment professional to drive the resourcing of candidates for clients in the tech sector. You will develop new client relationships and grow your network of candidates, while leveraging internal tools to maximise efficiency.

You will also mentor junior colleagues, participate in business development, and help shape sourcing strategies to meet market demands and drive growth across the Europe region.

Qualifications

• Experience in tech recruitment and managing client accounts.
• Proven ability to source candidates and headhunt.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop accounts into key accounts.
• Search for suitable Tech candidates who match client requirements.
• Head-hunt and network on LinkedIn / GitHub / Stack Overflow.
• Write and post job adverts.
• Telephone interviews to assess suitability.
• Arrange interviews and liaise with candidates.
• Make job offers and handle rejections.
• Take references and collect documents.
• Build relationships to create a strong talent pipeline.
• Use social media to build a personal brand.
• Keep up with tech industry trends.
• Develop relationships with clients.
• Utilise internal tools (SourceWhale, LinkedHelper, Paiger).
• Ensure data is recorded on CRM.
• Attend client meetings to explore opportunities.
• Negotiate fees and engagement terms.
• Manage the team and support juniors.
