IT Recruitment Resourcer / Junior Recruitment Consultant

We are experiencing continuous growth and we now have an opening for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our highly successful team. Duties to Include:

• Screening and finding suitable candidates.
• Setting up interviews and dealing with the full life cycle recruitment processes.
• Sourcing candidates through business contacts, direct recruiting, existing databases, advertising, networking and building relationships.
• Working for a senior IT recruiter with 20 years experience.

General:

• Ideally 1-2 years’ knowledge in recruitment experience (TA or Agency) or some form of office based administration/sales role.
• Prior experience of Recruitment/ Resourcing candidates is also an advantage.
• Possess excellent communication skills and have a good phone manner.
• Experience of working in a team environment.
• A willingness to contribute to a successful brand while maintaining the company’s reputation for providing long lasting recruitment solutions.
