Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related People discipline.
• Strong program management skills with ability to connect strategy to execution.
• Ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Experience building or experimenting with AI tools and responsible usage in talent practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Squarespace's Talent Management portfolio across performance, talent reviews, succession, careers, internal mobility, skills, and emerging talent priorities.
• Design connected, scalable experiences that support employee growth, manager effectiveness, and business performance.
• Shape the future of performance with a continuous feedback and development model and data-informed improvements.
• Lead complex initiatives from strategy through execution, managing roadmaps, plans, and governance across priorities.
• Partner with People Business Partners, leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and value from talent programs.
