Job summary

Squarespace is seeking a Principal Talent Management Partner to own end-to-end Talent Management programs, including performance, talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility. You will design scalable experiences, drive AI-enabled improvements, and partner with business leaders to turn strategy into actionable programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Management, Development, OD or related People discipline.
• Comfortable bridging strategy and hands-on execution.
• Experienced leading complex cross-functional programs from concept to adoption.
• Strong program management with structure and momentum in ambiguity.
• Effective communicator capable of influencing multiple levels with data-backed insights.
• Experience building or piloting AI tools to improve people processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Squarespace's Talent Management portfolio across performance, talent reviews, succession, careers, internal mobility, skills, and emerging talent priorities.
• Design scalable experiences that support growth, manager effectiveness, and business performance.
• Lead complex initiatives from strategy to adoption and continuous improvement.
• Partner with People Business Partners and leaders, communicating clear, data-informed recommendations.
