Job summary

Park Recruit are representing a leading contractor in the data centre construction sector, seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their on-site team at the South Dublin head office.

You will source and secure top talent across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Commercial functions, supporting major projects across Ireland and Europe. The role requires proactive sourcing, strong stakeholder engagement, and travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in construction or engineering sectors.
• Full working rights for Republic of Ireland.
• Experience managing recruitment partners and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to identify resource needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee the selection process.
• Manage agency relationships and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Represent the business at careers fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency and outcomes.
