eir is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join its Managed Services Team in Dublin. You will operate within a multi‑customer, multi‑technology IT environment, handling incidents, changes and proactive engineering to maintain service quality.

The role demands 5+ years in enterprise IT, experience with Azure, VMware, Citrix and Hyper‑V, O365/Intune administration, Windows Server, and SAN storage. Strong networking and ITIL knowledge are also essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a System Administrator/Engineered role in Enterprise or Managed Services.
• Virtualisation: Azure, VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V.
• O365 and Intune administration; Windows Server environments.
• Dell and HPE SAN storage administration; basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident resolution, change management and governance per ITIL.
• Collaborate with technical experts and management to optimise client solutions.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge management; write user guides.
• On‑call support in rotating schedule; coordinate with 3rd parties as needed.
• Lead and mentor teammates; ensure service levels and client satisfaction.
