Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business-critical applications, with a strong advantage for Asset Management/investment professional tools.
• Solid understanding of financial industry, including equity and credit markets.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing magnitude and impact at a granular level, down to individual user stories.
• Proficient in service-based architectures, SQL, and API design and validation.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle).
• Data-driven decision-making with ability to measure and leverage data while balancing intuition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to drive outcomes.
• Expertise in defining test cases with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud migration concepts.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with flexibility.

• Third level degree or equivalent and over four years of professional experience
• General understanding or interest in financial industry, including equity and credit markets
• Experience capable of assessing the magnitude and impact of work at a granular level, down to individual user stories.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., "Oracle")
• Expertise in defining test cases with appropriate detail, ensuring acceptance criteria align with real business value—essentially, ensuring we test the right elements.
