Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business-critical applications, with Asset Management experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial markets including equity and credit.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle).
• Ability to define test cases with detail and ensure acceptance criteria reflect business value.
• Strong written and verbal communication to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders.

As a member of our team, you will analyze both current and new business and technical processes, identify system interfaces and dependencies.

Your role will involve translating business functions into clear technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with various teams across business and technology teams. The Expertise And Skills You Bring

• Third level degree or equivalent and over four years of professional experience
• General understanding or interest in financial industry, including equity and credit markets
• Experience capable of assessing the magnitude and impact of work at a granular level, down to individual user stories.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle)
• Expertise in defining test cases with appropriate detail, ensuring acceptance criteria align with real business value-essentially, ensuring we test the right elements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the technical acumen to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders effectively.
