Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a similar MEP / Building Services role within construction.
• Experience working on commercial projects such as hotels and schools.
• Strong knowledge of building services systems and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and coordination of MEP activities on assigned projects.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
