Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Senior Supervisor for the Tallaght Day Service in Ireland. The role provides leadership to staff, oversees supervision, rota management and service planning to ensure high-quality, person-centred supports for autistic individuals.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Care or related field, at least one year of relevant experience, and a full driving licence. Starting salary is €43,283 per annum with company benefits and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Social Care, Social Studies, Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Qualifications obtained outside Ireland must be recognised as equivalent to an Irish Level 8 qualification.
• Minimum of one year’s recent experience as a Social Care Worker supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Experience supervising or managing a team, including managing staff rotas.
• Experience leading and chairing meetings.
• Strong understanding of legislation and regulations relevant to the social care sector.
• Knowledge of the needs and rights of autistic people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
• Full manual driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles.
• Valid working rights for Ireland.

Responsibilities
