Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting a Senior Supervisor for a leading disability service in Tallaght. You will lead a team delivering person-centred care in a day service setting, overseeing daily operations and ensuring alignment with individual care plans.

The role requires a Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, or related field, at least 1 year of experience with complex needs, supervisory experience, and a full manual driving licence. Excellent progression and benefits offered.

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (39 hours)

Salary from €43,283 per annum

Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting a Senior Supervisor on behalf of a leading disability service supporting individuals with autism in a day service setting based in Tallaght.

Requirements

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

• Full manual driver's licence (essential)
