Job summary

Health Service Executive in Bray, County Wicklow invites applications for a Senior Supervisor Autism A Chara Disability Services role. This permanent wholetime position requires leadership of a team delivering person-centred care to individuals with autism, complying with current regulations and maintaining high standards of communication.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in Social Care/Studies (or equivalent), plus supervisory experience and a full Irish driving licence.

Qualifications

• Qualification required: Social Care/Studies or relevant degree (or Irish Level 8 equivalent per NARIC).
• Experience in the Social Care sector with autism knowledge preferred.
• Excellent leadership, initiative and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team, manage rota and meetings.
• Deliver support per the person-centred plan and care plans.
• Demonstrate leadership with emphasis on rights and needs of individuals with autism.
• Ensure high standards of communication and adherence to legislation.
