Job summary

Autism A Chara Bray is seeking a Senior Supervisor for our Day Service. The role requires supervising a team, delivering person-centered support, and ensuring quality care aligned with each individual’s PCP and care plan.

Applicants should have a relevant degree in Social Care/Studies or equivalent, with experience in autism and a full driving licence. Shift work and rota responsibility are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Social Care/Studies or a relevant degree at level 8 or equivalent.
• Essential qualification recognised in Ireland or via NARIC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team in a day service setting and manage the rota.
• Deliver support in line with each person’s PCP and care plan.
• Lead/chair meetings and collaborate with colleagues and families.
