Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Partner Contracts Manager to oversee the administration and governance of contractual arrangements between the client and its supply chain partners on a major infrastructure programme in Dublin.

The role requires leadership in contract administration, risk management, and collaboration with governance, legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and strong commercial performance across the entire supply chain.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contract management for complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience administering subcontracting arrangements and flow-down obligations.
• Ability to work with legal, governance, and finance teams to manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of Client Partner supply chain agreements and related instruments.
• Collaborate with the Client Partner PSC Manager to ensure obligations are understood and flowed down.
• Maintain Subcontractor Management Plan and ensure governance across the organisation.
• Establish robust subcontract administration processes: execution, onboarding, obligation and performance management, change control, records and close-out.
• Monitor compliance, performance, and KPIs across the supply chain and manage risks.
