Job summary

Hunter Savage is seeking a Senior Associate for its market-leading Structured Finance & Capital Markets team in Dublin. The role focuses on advising on securitisations, structured finance products, capital markets issuances, and fund financing arrangements across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will manage transactions, nurture client relationships, and contribute to growth within a collaborative, in-person/remote hybrid environment in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in a leading law firm with a strong finance practice.
• Demonstrable experience advising on structured finance, securitisation, debt capital markets, fund finance or related transactions.
• Excellent drafting, commercial judgment and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise Irish and international clients on securitisation, structured finance and capital markets transactions.
• Counsel on CLOs, fund finance and asset-backed financing structures.
• Develop structuring solutions in collaboration with cross-practice teams and support business development.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
