Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives or operational transformation.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operations.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous-improvement qualification.
• Strategic thinking with ownership, resilience and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of high-priority strategic projects from definition to benefits realisation.
• Establish robust project governance: scope, schedule, budget, risks, reporting.
• Coach project owners and cross-functional teams in structured problem-solving.
• Embed improvements into standard work and management routines for sustainability.
• Provide executive-level reporting and drive benefits validation and sustainment.
