Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland, is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management to support Orthopaedics with end-to-end supply chain capacity models. You will lead cross-functional collaboration and develop advanced analytics to inform long-range planning decisions.

The role focuses on building digital capacity models, enabling LRPP and LRFP processes, and delivering executive-ready insights across the global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, analytics, or capacity planning.
• Experience building and validating planning models and dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end supply chain capacity models for long-range planning.
• Build end-to-end models including manufacturing, distribution, BOMs, and capacity constraints.
• Conduct scenario analysis for capacity expansion, sourcing, and network changes.
• Support LRPP and LRFP cycles by assessing long-range capacity requirements.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure model accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Translate analytical results into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to visualize capacity constraints and risks.
• Drive governance and standardization of planning processes.
• Partner with Digital and IT to enhance planning capabilities using OMP, Power BI, and other tools.
