Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related STEM.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, operations, analytics, simulation modeling, capacity planning, or strategic planning.
• Experience supporting capacity planning, supply chain analytics, operations modeling, manufacturing systems, or related business processes.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets to develop insights and business recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Strategic Capacity Management models that support long-range planning and enterprise decision-making.
• Build and manage end-to-end supply chain models incorporating manufacturing and distribution networks, production routings, bill of materials, capacity constraints, inventory policies, and future investment plans.
• Perform scenario analysis to evaluate capacity expansion opportunities, sourcing strategies, process improvements, network redesign initiatives, and demand uncertainty.
• Support LRPP and LRFP cycles by assessing future capacity requirements and identifying potential supply risks across a 2-to-10-year horizon.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
• Translate complex analytical results into executive-ready recommendations supporting decisions related to capacity investments and profitability.
• Develop dashboards and analytical solutions to increase visibility to capacity constraints and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement through governance, documentation, and standardization of planning methodologies.
• Collaborate with Digital and IT to enhance SCM capabilities using OMP, Power BI, and other planning technologies.
