Job summary

NetApp in Ireland is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to join a global 24x7 Storage Operations team. The role provides Level 3 support for Platform and Managed Services customers, including incident response, service requests, and problem management, plus ONTAP upgrades and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements include 8+ years of related experience with a degree or 6+ years with a master’s, NetApp storage knowledge, and proficiency with OnCommand Unified Manager, Performance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with a master’s degree.
• Experience deploying and administering NetApp storage (CDOT and 7-Mode).
• Strong command of storage protocols (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, FC) and NetApp concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for 24x7 Storage Operations, including incident response and problem management.
• Lead delivery teams as escalation point and track project status.
• Implement infrastructure improvements and ONTAP upgrades across platforms.
• Support cloud/hybrid solutions and integration with S3/object storage APIs.
