Qualifications

• 14+ years of relevant industry experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in managing multiple people, tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service delivery and team management, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Understand customer needs and implement optimal service models for business goals.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, costs, and utilization rates to meet objectives.
• Recruit, mentor and manage performance of consultants and project managers.
• Collaborate with sales to identify and propose professional services opportunities.
• Drive service planning and improvements for the EMEA region.
