Job summary

Fivetran is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer in Dublin. You will work in a high-performance team ensuring reliability of our data platform, collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to maintain 100% availability.

You’ll own performance, deployment pipelines, and incident response, contributing to the growth and stability of Fivetran’s infrastructure in a hybrid work model with two days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SaaS products at scale.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and major databases.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure tools.
• Experience with incident response and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability of production infrastructure, monitoring, capacity, and throughput.
• Evolve systems by adding reliability into the product roadmap.
• Coordinate bug prioritization for support or sales as needed.
• Make recommendations to production infrastructure for 100% availability.
• Ensure scalable deployments to all environments via automation scripts.
• Collaborate with security to address vulnerabilities.
