Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions analysis or related field.
• Data analytics: extraction, modelling, and interpretation for decisions.
• Advanced BI dashboards and data visualization experience.
• Strong technical writing for stakeholder documents.
• Data fluency with large, diverse data sets.
• Knowledge of Jira and creating dashboards to track progress.
• Ability to balance customer demands with team capacity for backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions leveraging data analytics to optimize performance.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architecture designs, policies, standards and governance.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices to address evolving business needs.
• Conducts Office Hours to answer customer questions.
• Reviews new customer demands to assess prioritization for the backlog.
• Supports Sprint Planning by maintaining a healthy backlog of User Stories meeting the Definition of Ready.
