Job summary

AMCS Group in Limerick is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software TA Specialist to join a global recruiting initiative for Product and Software Engineering. This six-month project spans multiple senior engineering roles and requires strong sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will own end-to-end recruitment plans, coordinate technical assessments, and drive a positive candidate experience while aligning hiring with market benchmarks and talent strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in software engineering hiring.
• Proven track record of filling engineering roles quickly in high-growth settings.
• Strong sourcing across mid, senior, and lead engineers and niche skills.
• Solid understanding of software engineering disciplines and related tech stacks.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with an ATS and sourcing tools.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and engineering leads to define role requirements and success criteria for senior roles.
• Own end-to-end recruitment plan: timelines, targets, and weekly pipeline reporting.
• Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, communities, referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, motivation, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate technical assessments, interview loops, and debriefs with engineers.
• Manage offers: benchmarking, negotiation, closing and pre-boarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Deliver a compelling candidate experience and promote AMCS engineering brand.
• Advise stakeholders on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Flag risks and adjust sourcing strategy accordingly.
