Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering).
• 3+ years experience in software development.
• Extensive architecture and programming experience and the willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Development: being part of an agile team to design, develop, test, and deliver new features and improvements to our product
• DevOps & Microservices: help lead the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture.
• Shared Components: design, implement, test, and maintain core features in the shared java library. Specifically develop highly reliable shared components for HTTP clients, service infrastructure, data access, messaging, metrics, logging, secrets, rate limiting, health checks, and build tooling.
• Embrace AI technology: Leveraging these transformative technologies to accelerate the team’s productivity and the delivery of customer features.
• Adaptable & Problem-Solver: Tackle varied and challenging problems daily, showing flexibility, a data-driven focus on quality, and an ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Ownership & Quality: Take responsibility for tasks, from building new functionality to developing automated tests and investigating issues, all with a level of high attention to detail.
