Our team of IT professionals build solutions and critical business applications to digitally transform the way we do business.The Senior Software Engineer - ServiceNow will provide technical leadership for Unum's ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Configuration Management, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, enterprise integrations, and data governance. This role will play a central part in a multi-year initiative to align ServiceNow with CSDM 5, improve service visibility and data quality, and integrate with strategic platforms including Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions.
