• Implement security best practices, including authentication (SSO), authorization, and data protection.
• Handle identity federation and consent management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user authentication, data flows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including frontend, backend, and DevOps teams.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement SAP CDC (Gigya) solutions, including registration, login, consent, and profile management flows.
• Customize CDC workflows and policies based on business requirements.

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and web application development.
• Hands‑on integration experience with SAP Commerce Cloud or other SAP CX products is preferred.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with SSO implementations and social identity providers.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD practices.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Typically, to advance to a new job level, a candidate must demonstrate professional behaviour and should consistently be at the high end of meeting expectations or consistently exceed expectations.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Hybrid role with an expected on site presence in our new Dublin office 2‑3 days per week. No special physical demands required.
