Job summary

Miratech in Ireland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop and support scalable cloud-native applications powering Workforce Management, Customer Experience, and operational processes.

You will use Java with Spring Boot, React with TypeScript, and Node.js where appropriate to build backend services, modern web interfaces, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack software development experience with ownership of production applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, including Spring Boot and REST services.
• Frontend development with React and TypeScript; HTML/CSS; modern testing practices.
• Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Solid SQL skills and PostgreSQL data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and best practices.
• Build modern web applications with React/TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible UX.
• Develop and consume REST APIs with API-first approach and OpenAPI contracts.
• Design modular, maintainable microservices with appropriate patterns.
• Containerize apps and contribute to cloud deployment patterns and CI/CD pipelines.
• Instrument apps with logging, metrics, tracing, and error reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
