Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to help shape a new AI team building scalable AI-powered software at global scale.

You will own the design and delivery of backend and full-stack features, including AI capabilities, with production-grade systems and cloud-native infrastructure in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar backend/full-stack role.
• Commercial AI/ML experience with LLMs, RAG or AI agents.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI/ML systems and owning features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve RAG solutions, AI agents, and agentic workflows.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join an exciting new Agentic AI / AI Experiences team building the next generation of intelligent software experiences at global scale.

You'll work on production-grade systems that move beyond traditional chatbots, enabling AI to understand business processes, interact with enterprise systems, retrieve information, make decisions, and take meaningful actions on behalf of users.

• Competitive base salary up to €95,000
• Bonus up to 20%
