Job summary

Harrington Starr, in partnership with a Global Financial Technology company in Dublin, is seeking a Senior/Lead engineer to drive API design and integration. You will lead teams to build scalable, high-performance systems, mentor juniors, and maintain cross-team consistency in technology choices.

The role is hybrid with an onsite Dublin office, offering a competitive base salary and opportunities for funded training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with C#, Python and TypeScript in enterprise-scale systems.
• Strong cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
• Proven technical leadership and ability to mentor juniors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Harrington Starr has partnered with a Global Financial Technology company, and they are looking to hire a Senior/Lead, with experience working with highly scalable and highly-performant systems. This is a great opportunity to join a very well-established, growing global team working to build a resilient and reliable system designing, planning, and implementing new features.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading the design, development, maintenance and integration of their APIs with 3rd party vendors
• Ensuring consistency across engineering teams, utilising appropriate the appropriate technologies within the applications
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team - with the potential to build out this team further
