St. Michael's House in Dublin is seeking a Professionally Qualified Senior Social Work Practitioner to join the Coolock CDNT.

You will support children and their families with complex needs arising from disabilities, working within the Children’s Disability Network Team. The post is permanent and full-time, with home and preschool/school visits, and opportunities to mentor staff and deliver high quality, family-centred services in line with Progressing Disability Services (PDS) principles.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Social Work or equivalent.
• National Qualification in Social Work (NQSW).
• Be fully registered with CORU.
• 3 years post qualification experience; expert assessment, clinical and reflective skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality evidence-based social work for children with complex needs.
• Mentor and support existing staff within the CDNT.
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver family-centred services.
• Provide services at the Coolock base, homes and in preschool/school settings.
