The Talbot Group is hiring a Senior Social Care Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in our Children's Respite Service in Ireland. You will support children with intellectual disabilities, ABI and autism, coordinating shifts and helping the team maintain the highest care standards.

Join us to work with a multidisciplinary team in a safe, inclusive environment. Deputising for the Person In-Charge may be required to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supervisory or team-leading roles.
• Minimum 2 years in residential, respite or day services.
• CORU registration or in progress.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate shifts and support colleagues on the floor.
• Provide person-centred care to children with disabilities.
• Ensure high standards of care and safety at all times.
• May deputise for the Person In-Charge when needed.
