Job summary

JuiceX is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Ireland to own the reliability, scalability, and operational integrity of our Exchange infrastructure. You will work with Engineering, Security, and Compliance to ensure uptime and auditability in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong cloud and Kubernetes experience, and a 24/7 on-call rotation. You will contribute to Terraform, GitOps, and multi-region disaster recovery initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or production infrastructure engineering.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments with audit trails.
Willingness to work 24/7 on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
Strong written and verbal communication across Engineering, Security, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

Own reliability, availability, and performance of JuiceX Exchange infrastructure.
Maintain infrastructure as code in Terraform, manage state and drift.
Operate GitOps deployment pipelines with progressive delivery and safe rollback.
Define and maintain SLOs, error budgets, and observability.
Lead incident response and post-incident reviews as incident commander.
Build automation and guardrails for safe deployment in a regulated environment.
Implement policy as code and supply chain integrity controls for compliance.
Design and test multi-region and disaster recovery capabilities.
