Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company in Kilcullen, Co. Kildare, is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations on a major construction project. You will manage logistics, safety, QA/QC, and subcontractor coordination to deliver on time and to the required standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager on construction sites.
• Strong HSE focus with track record of safe delivery.
• Ability to develop and maintain ITPs and QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Logistical management of site offices, welfare and loading areas.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety plan and inductions.
• Supervise workforce and enforce safe methods of work.
• Prepare and maintain ITPs and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and EHS team; liaise with clients and subcontractors.
