Egmont in Ireland seeks a Senior Site Engineer for a 150-unit residential development in Adamstown, Dublin. You will own site engineering duties, ensuring delivery to high safety and quality standards.

Required: Civil Engineering degree and 5–7+ years’ experience on large-scale housing; strong setting out, drainage, foundations and utilities knowledge; familiar with Irish Building Regulations. Salary up to €90,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline.
• 5–7+ years’ experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer on large-scale housing or low-rise residential developments.
• Proven ability to manage technical aspects of site delivery independently.
• Excellent knowledge of setting out, drainage, foundations, and utilities.
• Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site engineering and setting out activities from groundworks through to handover.
• Ensure works are carried out in line with design specifications, building regulations, and company quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Monitor progress, manage documentation, and report directly to the Site Manager and Project Manager.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Carry out quality control checks, snagging, and provide technical solutions to on-site issues.
• Liaise with local authorities, utility providers, and other key stakeholders.

Our client is now seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their team on a new 150-unit residential development in Adamstown. The successful candidate will take ownership of all site engineering duties, ensuring delivery to the highest technical and safety standards.
