Senior Site Engineer – Leading Developer (Portlaoise)

A leading property developer is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their team for a large-scale residential project based in Portlaoise. This role offers long-term work in the area and provides excellent career progression opportunities with a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring all work is completed in line with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and advice to site management and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and design teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth project progression.
