Job summary

Aer Lingus seeks a senior commercial Revenue Management leader to own Shorthaul RASK and revenue performance, while guiding RM systems and best-practice capability across Longhaul and Shorthaul. The role combines strategic commercial delivery with system-enabled RM leadership.

You will drive pricing, inventory controls and demand-stimulation actions, working with networks, scheduling and Finance to maximise total network contribution and sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

Significant senior-level experience in airline Revenue Management, pricing and systems.
Proven ability to lead commercial transformation and RM initiatives.
Strong understanding of Shorthaul economics, price/yield drivers and network contribution.

Responsibilities

Own Shorthaul RASK and revenue performance across the network.
Lead pricing and inventory as an integrated Shorthaul strategy.
Line-manage RM Systems and Best Practice Manager for cross-network impact.
Drive Dynamic Pricing adoption and data-led RM practices.
Influence across Commercial, Network, Finance and Digital to improve revenue outcomes.
